HSE Control
Rosneft has consolidated its HSE control function (including internal audits of the HSE IMS in subsidiaries) in a dedicated department to ensure consistency and independence of control procedures in subsidiaries.
The HSE control system is risk-based and uses remote control tools. HSE control audits assess the quality of the HSE processes in subsidiaries
Rosneft has a standing HSE Control Commission. It reviews the results of control audits and adopts resolutions on best ways to eliminate the identified violations with special attention to systemic violations and those bearing high and critical risk of emergencies.
